Vår filosofi, "Fun Dining", blandar det annorlunda, kul och galet med fantastisk atmosfär, vällagad mat och härliga cocktails. Glashuset, ursprungligen Celcinghuset, ritades av Peter Celsing och byggdes 1955 som en bensinstation. Idag är byggnaden K-märkt, men förändringar väntar oss. Grannarna har med Staden beslutat att riva båda sidorna om Glashuset för att bevara byggnadens form, vilket kommer att påverka både vår verksamhet och dig som gäst. Vi kommer att minska verksamhetens storlek och dra ner på personalstyrkan, men vi kommer också att jobba ännu hårdare för att erbjuda dig läckrare mat, smaskigare drinkar och en höjd upplevelse. Under höst- och vintersäsongen förvandlas Glashuset till en liten, glänsande krogpärla. Vår inomhus bar kommer att få ett ansiktslyft och förvandlas till en härlig cocktailbar med våra bästa drinkar genom åren, inklusive vår berömda sangria. Matsalen kommer gradvis att transformeras till en musiklounge med DJ, torsdag till lördag, medan lunchen serveras som vanligt från klockan 11:30 alla dagar i veckan. Under tiden kommer vi att arbeta intensivt med att hitta nya lösningar och idéer för att förbättra våra uteserveringar och vädersäkra dem under regniga och blåsiga dagar. Vi har två byggrätter för paviljonger eller kiosker på varsin sida om Glashuset, men staden och våra arkitekter har olika syn på hur detaljplanen ska tolkas. After a few turns, it was finally time for it to transform into a real restaurant and brasserie with bars and patios. The future is exciting for us and we plan on taking care of the dual pontoons located outside of the restaurant, by introducing comfortable and inspiring seating areas and greenery on the wooden deck. We want to build a roof terrace with a Champagne bar, with a view beyond the ordinary, and we also have a dream to expand on to our two pontoons, with more restaurants and bars in the future.
